OCCCIDERE® BIOFILM DISRUPTOR is a non-hazardous ‘shock’ treatment to kill Legionella and prevent Biofilms from forming within your aqueous systems to ensure long-lasting and cumulative protection. OCCIDER® Biofilm Disruptor is essentially a unique advanced synergistic biocide using technology that comprises a highly hydrophobic polymer chain. This provides a phenomenally enhanced microbial kill action. Passed to EN/BS 13623: 2020 – Chemical disinfectants and antiseptics – Quantitative suspension test for the evaluation of bacterial activity against Legionella of chemical disinfectants for aqueous systems. When used at a 1 in 10 and 1 in 1000 dilution in hard water, possesses bacterial activity against the referenced strain of Legionella Pneumophila, serogroup 1, NCTC 11192.
